Bambulab Egypt wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Under the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, you may return most items within 14 days of receiving them, and you do not have to give a reason.
Return window
- 14 days from the day you receive your order, for any reason at all.
- 30 days if the item is faulty, arrives damaged, or is not the item you ordered.
Who pays for the return
Returns are free. The law is clear that returning an item must not cost you anything extra, so we arrange and pay for collection anywhere in Egypt. You will never be asked to cover return shipping.
Condition of returned items
- The item should be in its original condition, with its original packaging, and with all accessories, cables, manuals and any free gifts included.
- Please keep your invoice or order number so we can find your order quickly.
- You are welcome to inspect and test Bambu Lab 3D printers and filament as you would in a shop. Returns are only affected if an item has been damaged through misuse.
What we cannot accept
- Items damaged by misuse, accident, or unauthorised repair.
- Items returned without their serial number, or with the serial number removed.
- Software or licence codes that have already been redeemed.
How to start a return
- Contact us within the return window using our contact form. Quote your order number and tell us which item you are returning.
- We confirm your return and arrange a courier to collect the item from your address, at no cost to you.
- We inspect the item within two business days of receiving it and confirm your refund.
Refunds
- Orders paid online are refunded to the original payment method.
- Orders paid by cash on delivery are refunded in cash or by bank transfer, whichever you prefer.
- Refunds are issued within 7 to 14 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- If the item was faulty, damaged or incorrect, we refund the original delivery fee too.
Exchanges
If you would rather exchange an item than be refunded, tell us when you contact us and we will arrange the replacement at the same time as the collection. All prices and refunds are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).
