These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Bambulab Egypt (bambulabegypt.com) and your purchase of products from our online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Products and prices

We sell 3D printers and related products within the Arab Republic of Egypt. All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). We make every effort to display accurate prices, descriptions, and images, but minor differences may occur; the price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your order.

2. Orders and payment

After you place an order, we may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm it. We accept cash on delivery and secure online payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability; if you have already paid for a cancelled order, you will be refunded in full.

3. Delivery

We deliver to all governorates of Egypt. Delivery times and shipping fees are set out on our Delivery Information page. Estimated delivery times are given in good faith and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

4. Returns and exchange

In line with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, you may return or exchange a product within 14 days of receiving it, provided the product is in its original condition and packaging, with its accessories, and accompanied by the invoice. Return shipping is free: we arrange and pay for collection anywhere in Egypt, for change-of-mind returns as well as for defective or incorrect items. Refunds are issued through the original payment method or another method agreed with you.

5. Warranty

All printers are genuine Bambu Lab products and carry the manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised modification, or normal wear of consumable parts such as nozzles and build plates.

6. Use of the site

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage it or impair its availability. All content on this site, including text and images, belongs to us or to our suppliers and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.
